Antigone

The visual metaphor for Antigone comprised a pristine edifice of power at odds with the natural order of the world. While Kreon’s inflexibility deepens, the structure grows more filthy and corrupt as a series of characters track the mud, blood, and debris of the outside world into the seat of power.
